1. the Megamenu does not work as "Left/right column menu" in left column. Only as Mobile or Horizontal. If I choose "Left/right column menu" it is simply white.
2. How to remove MEGAMENU word in title of mobile menu in the header.
Have you configured the parent menu items and child items correctly? Which version of Akira and PrestaShop are you using? We tested on Akira version 2.6.3.2 and they work correctly on both the left and right columns.
You can translate this menu title in the installed modules translation section. If you want to remove it, you need to customize this file: root\modules\nrtmegamenu\views\templates\hook\mobile-megamenu.tpl
