Changes not reflected without manual cache clearing – Akira theme

    Dear Support Team,
I am currently using the Akira theme for my PrestaShop store and I’ve encountered a recurring issue that affects both performance and user experience.
Every time I make visual or content updates to the theme (e.g., edits via Axon Creator, banners, sections, or texts), those changes are not immediately visible on the frontend.
In order for them to show up, I’m forced to manually clear the cache, which disrupts browsing smoothness and negatively impacts site speed when visitors return.
This behavior severely limits real-time customization capabilities and has a direct impact on SEO and performance metrics, as measured by GTmetrix and PageSpeed Insights.
I kindly request your assistance in finding a definitive solution, such as a smart cache regeneration feature or an alternative configuration that allows changes to appear without having to clear the cache every time.
I look forward to your response and appreciate your attention to this matter.

    THANK YOU FOR CONTACTING US!

Please let us know what Prestashop cache configuration you are using? Are you using memecached or Nginx cache?

    Best regards,

After making changes in AxonCreator, you just need to press a clear cache button inside Backoffice, when you press this button, the changes will be applied to the home page.

Only the AxonCreator tpl cache will be recreated, other parts such as detail pages or other pages will be kept in cache.

For changes related to CSS of JS files, Prestashop's CCC mix files will be recreated and the page loading will take a little more time.

Pressing the clear cache button if you choose to enable Prestashop cache is mandatory.

You can choose a hosting provider with Litespeed available to increase page loading speed.

    Thank you!

    Best regards,
