first of all, your theme is robust and has many options to play with.

BUT, i am trying to create a Best Sales section in the website that i prepare with products tab and i realized that when i select as filtering option Best Sales, it does not have additional option to select from which category to read and show the best sales.

So practically, until now, i see that i can only select Best Sales from all products in the website which is not something that i want.

So, is there something or i am missing something that can allow you when you want to be able to select best sales but from specific categories, so as to have them in a products tab block and simply when customer clicks on catagory A, to see the best sold products of category A, when he clicks the tab B, to see the best sold products from category B.

Best idea, and maybe fastest temporary solution, would be to incorporate just an option for best sales, where there is option for the sorting of a selected catalog.

Like that, in combination with products tab, someone can actually realize the best sales per category he wants.

And if he wants to just show the best sales of all products, then simply he selects as category the whole catalog and as sorting best sales. (of course then you cannot do randomize, date add selection, but at least you can do something more precise)
