Website setup assistance: Do you offer support to help set up the website and get it up and running? If so, is there a fee for this service, or is it included in the package? I'd appreciate any details you can share about this process.
Email Form customization and CAPTCHA option: Could you let me know how customizable the newsletter/email plug-in is? Specifically, I want to confirm whether your email plugin includes a CAPTCHA option. In a previous experience using a template from Envato Elements and Prestashop, we encountered issues with bots signing up, as the newsletter plugin didn’t have a CAPTCHA feature. I’d like to prevent similar issues this time.
Product page and checkout page customization: How customizable are the product pages and payment checkout besides the options you give us? I am considering adding a third-party plugin, like Klarna or AfterPay, either now or later, and I’d like to understand how such integrations can be managed. Also, can I change some parts of the layout of both the checkout page and the product page ?

We will assist you to configure Prestashop and Akira based on the ticket you request. For installation service it is not included, you need to pay $50 for installation service.
All your emails are editable via Backoffice with multilingual support. We have ReCaptcha Google module included with Akira theme V2 + V3.
The product page will be selected from 10 available layouts. AxonCreator will be used to edit each part inside the layouts you choose.
For the checkout parts you can add your module to the available Prestashop hooks in the checkout page to add content. If the edits do not use modules you need to edit the tpl file.

My second question was more about the newsletter sign-up plug-in you provide. As I said before, in a previous experience using a template from Envato Elements with Prestashop, we encountered issues with bots signing up, as the newsletter plugin didn’t have a CAPTCHA feature. Is this a feature you provide in your Akira theme ?
Currently, to subscribe to receive news, customers need to check the agreement on personal data GPDR before they can submit. Our submission form also uses the built-in anti-spam tool of Prestashop 8. To better protect the submitted forms, you can also use ReCaptcha V3.
You can rest assured about this issue.
We have not had any feedback from customers about newsletter spam. Contact-us forms are often targeted, but ReCaptcha can minimize this.

Last question : is there a return portal page included in your template? Meaning, a page where customers submit their order number and email and that sends them to a solution where they can get a return label.
Or is this something I would have to develop separetely?
