Sorry we don't have this option yet!
Both PHP and tpl need to be edited to add a completely new layout.

I've seen that you can save sections in the elementor library. Is it possible to create a folder to store the sections correctly?
Unfortunately you cannot create folders, you can only manage saves by name directly.
