I have two other addons: a Whatsapp floating button and a floating button that directs to a rewards program, but neither of them are showing on Akira, while in other themes yes.

Please try resetting your module.
Maybe the module has been removed from the hook and is not visible.

How do I reset the module? And there is any risk to lose any configurations that I have done?
Please go to BO > Modules Manager find your module and click reset button
After resetting the module, all your existing configuration will be lost.
You need to save the configuration before resetting the module.
