As you can see in the documentation, Prestashop 8.1 is only compatible with PHP 8.1 or below https://devdocs.prestashop-project.org/8/basics/installation/system-requirements/#php-requirements.
Once they made Prestashop PHP8.3 compatible Akira fully met this criteria.
