For the logo you need to go to AxonCreator to edit the header for both mobile and desktop as attached image.

The package you download includes documentation. When you unzip the folder with the same name as the documentation, then open the index.html file to see it.

For vertical menu you need to create menu item first for the menu to display. Then import an existing template using the vertical menu it will display. The entire submenu is configured like a horizontal menu. You need to build your own submenu - vertical-menu-item.png
