We have an error SVG when we want to download a SVG file. The Axon creator tool indicates "server error". We used differents files found in internet and created with illustrator.
I upload my SVG file in the img/cms directory. It does show up in Elementor as a choice. But the app doesn't make the connection between the back office and the front office as show in the screenshot below:
We noticed a difference between uploadable and non-uploadable SVG files.
Please edit the SVG file that you cannot upload by editing it with Notepad. Remove the <?xml version="1.0" encoding="UTF-8"?> code at the top, and you can upload it.
Please see the file we attached. You can upload and use it normally.

Thank you for your info!
Currently, Prestashop's image management tool only accepts .JPG, .PNG, .GIF formats.
For SVG images you need to use FTP to upload then you can select or use a direct link to the image to use them.

When you choose to upload SVG, the File manager window will appear. These are all images and folders in the root/img/ directory.
That's why you need to use FTP and upload your SVG Image to the root/img/ directory. That way you can choose the photos you've uploaded.

Please contact your hosting provider and get help to increase the curl_timeout value.
We are in debug mode and the error on the homepage is due to insufficient time to load the SVG file.
