    Hello. We have bought Akira theme one month ago. It's now online, I have translated most part in french, except one word, driving me crazy. 

    When I log in, a floating account box appears on the right, saying "Hi Bob". No way to translate the "Hi" to the french 'Bonjour".

    Could you indicate me where I can find the field?

    Hi,

    What version of Akira are you using?

    We have fixed this translation in the latest version.

    If you do not upgrade you can send us access information, we will fix this translation and you can find it easily in BO.

    Please provide us FTP credentials and Back Office access to the site.

    We will check it and help you asap!

    Hello.

    Thanks for your answer. I have installed yesterday the very last version (2.3.4). According to your elements, I have checked on "international / translation / theme - Akira - French" I didn't find  any "Hi" field.

    Is it in a module?

    So many thanks, I have spent quite a week to find it....

    Maybe another item?

    I have translated the GDPR module in french, but the template refuses to take it into account. Is it something under your control? I have erased caches, change web browser and tested it in private mode, nothing happened...

    Hi,

    Please choose to translate this module with the default Classic theme to test.

    Since all translations of this module come from the default Prestashop. We cannot interfere with it.

    It was translated  in french with the previous template. But I have updated PS since.

    So I will try your proposal on our preprod Platform this evening. I'll keep you updated!. Thanx!
