    Hi, the home is missing from the site. in the back-office I can no longer find the default home file on AXON HOME, which has practically disappeared. Header, Footer and the rest are seen regularly, but not home. How can I fix it, it is urgent.

    Hi, yes I already knew this. But when I loaded the template, by default I could choose home 1 or home 2, I worked on home 1 which is now gone, it disappeared. Why? Do I basically have to redo all the work from the beginning?

    Did you take any action before home1 disappeared? For example delete products or delete categories?

    HELLO,
    I solved it by installing prestashop and elementor again, I had to solve it with some urgency, and given the slowdowns in the responses, I solved it with the most drastic solution. thanks anyway

    Hi, I reopen this ticket because for the second time the Axon data disappear, the first time the axon-home set by default by the template disappeared, now the axon-header and axon-footer have disappeared. Why? I need to urgently recover the backup from a few days ago and redo the last two days of work. I have to trash the template, because that way I can't risk putting the site online. Thank you

    Hi,

    Have you deleted all products or categories. If correct please update to our new version. Or if you do not want to update please replace the attachment to the directory "root / modules / nrtelementor /".

    Hi, yes I have deleted some products and more and more axon templates have disappeared. No I don't want to update the whole template, that's okay. The important thing is that with the nrtelementor file you solve the bugs that Akira has. Thank you
