problem removing more than one product at the same time

    When trying to delete more than one product at the same time (problema1.png) I get this error (problema.png) And it deletes only one article.

    I have been reading information and in forums they comment that it could be a problem of the subject. What I can do?

    (I am sending the same ticket again because it is urgent ...)

    We try to access your fTP to resolve problem, but we can't.

    Please provide us FTP credentials and Back Office access of the site.
